Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite) | MST Business Hours

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as a liaison between engineering teams and vendors, ensuring compliance with established standards. This role involves managing engineering projects throughout the entire lifecycle—from concept and design to development, integration, testing, trials, and deployment. You will serve as the centralized point of contact for coordinating multiple high-priority tasks and driving deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison with engineering teams and vendors to ensure project compliance with standards.
• Manage engineering projects through all phases: concept, design, development, integration/testing, trial, and deployment.
• Coordinate multiple complex, high-priority tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Initiate, facilitate, and monitor inter/intra-departmental progress to maintain quality and schedule adherence.
• Monitor risks at various project stages and escalate issues to appropriate management levels.
• Develop and manage contingency plans for engineering projects.
• Evaluate the impact of change requests on timelines and communicate adjustments.
• Maintain accurate status reports on engineering progress.
• Lead meetings with engineers and stakeholders, including director-level participants.
• Host meetings, record minutes, and provide weekly status updates.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Smartsheets () or MS Project.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets () or MS Project.
• Background in IT Infrastructure, Data Center, or Networking projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Video-on-Demand (VOD).
• Knowledge of Video Signal Flows.
• Familiarity with Satellite Acquisition.
• Data Center Management experience.
