Craftsmen Contractors is hiring for the following positions for the Minden, La. area: experienced Paint Techs or Auto Body Painters, experienced Assembly Techs with carpentry experience, experienced Cleaning Attendants, Precast Techs for concrete work, and experienced Mechanical Techs for HVAC. These are all full-time temp-to-permanent positions for the right candidates. This is for an industrial plant that builds modules using steel structures and telecommunications skids for data centers in the industrial, utility, and fiber markets. The work schedule is for day shifts, Monday through Friday, and possibly every other Saturday.

For the positions mentioned above, the pay rate ranges are $15.40 - $24.31/hour, depending on experience, except for Industrial Painters, $13.00 - $28.61/hour, depending on experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Some previous work experience in the position you are applying for is . 
• Face-to-face interview before being hired.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the US.
