The Bee Foundation for Brain Aneurysm Prevention is a Philadelphia-area 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2014, dedicated to saving lives and providing hope by funding preventative research, raising awareness, advocating for better policy, and supporting aneurysm families and survivors.

Inspired by Jenny Sedney, a health coach and bee enthusiast who passed away at 27 from a ruptured brain aneurysm, the Foundation’s mission reflects her belief in the healing power and scientific importance of bees.

\n
Guided by our four pillars: Research, Awareness, Advocacy, and Support, the organization focuses on educating the public about risks and warning signs, funding cutting-edge research and fellowships, and amplifying stories from those affected.

The Bee Foundation engages supporters through awareness campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and educational resources to transform outcomes for individuals and families impacted by brain aneurysms.

Role Description
\n
\n
The Technology & Data Coordinator is a part-time, hybrid role based in Wayne, PA, with flexibility for some work from home.
\n
\n
This role supports the day-to-day management of our digital infrastructure, from keeping our website current and user-friendly to maintaining donor and constituent data across the platforms we run on: Qgiv, Bloomerang, Slack, Notion, and WordPress. The person in this role will also help strengthen our reporting and analytics, troubleshoot systems and integrations, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate our processes.

We're looking for someone tech-savvy, highly organized, and solutions-oriented, who's comfortable working independently across multiple digital tools and platforms.
