Job Position: Telehandler Operator

Location: Fayetteville, GA 30214

Pay Rate: $26.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate telehandlers (Lull, SkyTrak, JLG, or similar) to move and place materials such as electrical equipment, conduit racks, cable trays, and palletized supplies.

• Load and unload deliveries and stage materials for electrical, mechanical, and structural crews.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow OSHA and site safety protocols.

• Communicate with spotters and crews to ensure safe lifting and material placement.

• Maintain organized staging areas and support general site logistics.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of telehandler operation on commercial construction sites.

• Valid Telehandler or Rough Terrain Forklift Certification.

• Knowledge of construction safety procedures and lift capacities.

• Ability to work in active construction environments and communicate with field teams.

Qualifications

• Data center or large-scale project experience.

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

• Rigging or signal person experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Work Environment

• Active data center construction sites with heavy equipment, multiple trades, and fast-paced project schedules.
