Telehandler Operator / Material Handler

We are currently hiring an experienced Telehandler Operator for a large-scale data center construction project in Frederick, MD. This role requires a safety-focused individual who can efficiently operate equipment and support site operations when off the machine.

Location: Frederick, MD
Duration: 4–12 Month Assignment | Start ASAP
Hours: 6AM start, Monday - Friday - Overtime Available (up to 50hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities

Telehandler Operation:

• Operate telehandler (Lull) safely and efficiently on an active construction site
• Transport and place materials at various heights and in tight spaces
• Load and unload materials from trucks and designated areas
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues
• Follow all site safety regulations and protocols

Material Handling / Labor Duties (when off equipment):

• Assist with moving, staging, and organizing construction materials
• Support crews with general labor tasks across the job site
• Help with loading/unloading, site cleanup, and material distribution
• Assist site supervisors and trades as needed to keep workflow efficient

Requirements

• 2+ years of telehandler (Lull) operating experience
• Experience working on commercial or data center construction sites
• Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA standards
• Ability to work both on equipment and as a hands-on laborer
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and at heights
• Reliable transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Equipment Operator Certification
