Temporary Executive Assistant - Digital Infrastructure
Job Description
Our client, a leading global business operating within Digital Infrastructure are seeking an experienced EA to join their busy Legal team for at least 3 months. Based in stunning West End offices, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation who operate at a fast pace and really value their employees.

The role will suit a friendly and social EA who enjoys a team focused environment. They also have a hybrid working policy in place and lots of perks throughout the year.

The role will be supporting the Legal Counsel and two Legal Directors so all applicants must have prior experience providing a senior level of support. Prior support experience within a Law firm or supporting a Legal Team would also be highly advantageous. This is an exciting role where no two days are the same. Due to their global presence, the successful candidate needs to be confident working across time zones, detail orientated and diligent.

- Extensive travel booking
- Diary management across multiple time zones
- Meeting preparation
- Admin support
- Liaising with direct reports
- Preparing legal documentation
- Legal administration

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years PA/EA experience and must have previously worked in a legal team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Temporary EA looking to work alongside a friendly team with a really lovely culture.
