Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with equivalent relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in an operations or maintenance role within the cement, concrete, aggregates, bulk materials, transportation, or similar heavy industrial environment.
- 1-3 years of supervisory, Terminal Manager-in-Training, lead, or other demonstrated leadership experience.
- 1-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a light or heavy industrial environment .
- Working knowledge of industrial operations, equipment, preventive maintenance, and safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead all terminal activities with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, environmental compliance, quality, and customer service.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently in accordance with policies, established operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture by actively reinforcing safe work practices and holding employees and contractors accountable for safety expectations.
- Manage contractor activities and ensure compliance with contractor control requirements and site expectations.
- Develop and manage the terminal operating budget in alignment with cost, volume, maintenance, and business expectations.
