Territory Sales Engineer – Critical Environments (UK & EMEA)

High-growth role | Technical sales | Hybrid + travel

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially driven Territory Sales Engineer to take ownership of a fast-moving market across data centres, healthcare, and cleanroom environments.

This is a role for someone who creates opportunities, not waits for them, with the autonomy to grow accounts, win new business, and make a real impact in a booming sector.

The Role

  • 60% account growth – expand existing clients, cross-sell, and lead quarterly reviews
  • 40% new business – build pipeline, win new customers, drive territory growth
  • Deliver rapid commercial impact (with significant growth expectations in the first 6 months)
  • Travel across UK & Europe (50%) + occasional Brighton meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven technical sales / customer-facing experience
  • Background in HVAC, building automation, pharma/labs, cleanrooms, or sensors
  • Strong commercial drive, initiative, and problem-solving ability
  • Confident selling to technical stakeholders (engineers, facilities, labs)
  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)
