We are seeking a skilled Test Technician in Billerica, MA, to join a rapidly growing company that specializes in large commercial generators and chillers. This company is poised for significant expansion, with plans to triple its workforce in the coming year due to signed agreements with major AI Data Centers.

Shift of the Test Technician:

1st shift, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, some Saturdays

Pay Rate/Salary of the Test Technician:

$35-42/Hr

Responsibilities of the Test Technician:

• Set up and operate a variety of electrical and electronic test instruments (such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers).
• Perform diagnostic testing, fault isolation, and non-destructive troubleshooting on electrical and control systems.
• Execute product validation and environmental tests while maintaining detailed test documentation and final reports.
• Support and coordinate with engineering teams across multiple disciplines to resolve product and process issues.
• Conduct final electrical checkout on all finished systems and ensure test results meet established specifications.

Qualifications of the Test Technician:

7+ years of experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and system-level diagnostics.

• 3+ years of experience testing industrial, power , or heavy electrical equipment .
• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in electronics or electrical engineering .
• Proficient with test equipment and tools for electrical measurement and analysis.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and control logic.
