Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and test enterprise servers and hardware components
• Perform HiPot (high-potential) tests to ensure electrical safety and compliance
• Execute Linux command-line diagnostics and analyze system logs
• Run and understand basic Python scripts for testing and automation
• Diagnose and replace hardware components, including CPUs, RAM, SSDs, power supplies, and network cards
• Identify and differentiate various barcode types used in the workflow
• Recognize different rack types and accurately place work units according to established procedures
• Inspect and verify the functionality of electrical outlets and sockets
• Validate networking connectivity, including LAN, Ethernet, and IP configurations
• Document testing results and maintain accurate records
• Support team development while promoting safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Technical school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of systems or technical testing experience (3+ years )
• Experience with server hardware, computer repair, or electronics troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and basic command-line operations
• Basic Python scripting knowledge
• Experience using testing equipment, measurement tools, and diagnostic instruments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
