Theatrical Marketing Exec

Amazon MGM Studios are seeking a dynamic and culturally attuned International Theatrical Creative Lead to join our London-based team. In this key role, you will be responsible for originating and adapting creative materials for international markets, ensuring that theatrical campaigns resonate with local audiences while maintaining the integrity of the global brand. You will collaborate closely with the US theatrical creative department, international marketing leads, creative vendors, and local market teams to deliver compelling, locally relevant campaigns for our theatrical releases.

Key job responsibilities
• Originate and Adapt Global Creative Materials: create and adapt global creative materials—including trailers, posters, TV spots,—for international use, ensuring cultural and market relevance.
• Territory Collaboration: Partner with local market teams to understand audience nuances, gather feedback, and guide creative asset deployment across key territories.
• Creative Quality Control: Provide hands-on feedback and approvals to maintain high creative standards, brand consistency, and effectiveness across all international executions.
• Vendor & Agency Management: Work with external creative agencies and localization partners to execute campaign materials, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Cultural Insight & Sensitivity: Stay informed on cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and regulatory considerations across global markets to guide creative decisions.
• Campaign Integration: Align creative asset development with broader marketing and publicity initiatives to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Creative Briefing & Feedback: Draft and deliver clear creative briefs; manage iterative feedback loops between global creative, local teams, and senior stakeholders.
• B2B Creative: Where required, create materials for trade events/conventions, special builds, and presentations
• Trend Monitoring: Track creative trends, innovations, and emerging formats in key regions to inform international adaptation strategies.
