Job Description

A leading international firm is looking for a junior or mid-level associate to join its TMT team, which is ranked in band 1 by Legal 500.

In this role, you will advise clients including infrastructure funds and strategic investors, telecom and broadband operators, and network developers on telecommunications and digital infrastructure projects, commercial agreements relating to data and connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications, and regulatory and cross-border structuring on corporate/M&A matters and infrastructure projects. While the role is based in the firm's London office, you will frequently be involved on cross-border matters with a particular focus on emerging markets, and an emphasis on Africa-Europe corridor transactions.

The ideal candidate will be a 2-5 PQE associate with experience advising on telecommunications and digital infrastructure projects, including on the commercial and regulatory aspects of such transactions.
