Transaction Specialist
Location: Allen, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $25/hr
• Monday–Friday

ROLE IMPACT
As a Transaction Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting digital infrastructure growth by preparing and managing complex easement agreements and lease amendments. This role is ideal for detail-driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoy collaborating across sales, legal, and operations teams. You will directly contribute to timely, accurate real estate transactions while building a more connected world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage real estate transactions from initiation through completion by communicating with landlords via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and voicemails
• Review, draft, and analyze complex lease agreements, easements, amendments, and executed documents with a high level of accuracy
• Compile, route, and manage documents for execution, including coordinating signatures among multiple parties
• Upload, scan, and maintain executed documents within multiple document management systems
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Inside Sales Specialists, client contacts, and internal/external legal teams
• Support high-volume workflows while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and client platforms

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in closing, customer service, and/or sales roles
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex lease
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating professionally with landlords
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively

SKILLS
• Experience in mortgage, insurance, or real estate industries
• Demonstrated ability to persuade stakeholders and move transactions forward
• Strong organizational skills in high-volume environments
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach
• High ethical standards and personal integrity
