Transactions Paralegal

Job Description

Who We Are

Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is a leading global telecommunications and digital infrastructure investment firm. We operate in 16 countries and are backed by leading institutional investors, DigitalBridge and Swiss Life Asset Managers, with over $1.5 billion committed to infrastructure.

TIP acts as a trusted commercial partner to property owners who host structures such as mobile (cell) sites, rooftop antennas, or fiber equipment. We provide upfront lease payments and professionally manage agreements, giving owners financial security, reducing risk, and handling the long-term complexities of their leases.

We also work closely with telecom operators and infrastructure companies, offering reliable, structured access to network sites under clear, professionally managed agreements. This approach allows operators to focus on building and operating networks, while we manage lease administration and complexity.

Our work sits at the intersection of finance, telecom, and real estate, and at the heart of it all is our commitment to long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and value.

Our Culture and Values

We’re a company in motion. Like many growing businesses, things move fast and not everything is fully defined. It’s not always perfect, but that’s where the opportunity lies - in making a meaningful impact and helping to shape what TIP becomes next.

  • We Put People First.
  • We Pursue Excellence.
  • We Act with Authenticity.
  • We Act with Integrity.
  • We Embrace Change.

We’re focused on building a culture that supports both pace and progress. That means putting strong foundations in place, being clear on our values, and creating an environment where people can do their best work with trust, autonomy, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.

How You Will Contribute

As a Paralegal at TIP, you’ll sit within the UK legal team, supporting UK telecoms property transactions from early-stage agreement through to completion. This role is suited to someone early in their legal career, looking to take their first step into an in-house environment. You’ll work closely with both Legal and Acquisitions teams, helping to ensure transactions are structured correctly and progress efficiently.

This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure across the full transaction lifecycle. You’ll be trusted to support the coordination of deals, manage documentation, and maintain accurate oversight of active transactions, while developing your legal and commercial understanding in a practical, in-house setting.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the progression of commercial property transactions, including leases, transfers, and agreements
  • Prepare, review, and track legal documentation through to execution
  • Coordinate document signing processes and post-completion activity, including Land Registry submissions
  • Assist with the preparation and review of Heads of Terms and early-stage deal documentation
  • Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or risks and escalate where needed
  • Maintain clear and accurate trackers to support visibility across active transactions
  • Act as a point of coordination between Legal and Acquisitions teams to help keep deals progressing

About You

You’re early in your legal career and looking to take your first step into an in-house role, where you can gain broader exposure to transactions and how legal supports commercial decision-making.

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-focused environment. You take a structured approach to your work and are confident managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

You’re also proactive and keen to learn - not afraid to ask questions, but equally comfortable taking ownership of your work.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience in UK commercial property, ideally gained within a law firm
  • An understanding of landlord and tenant principles
  • Some experience supporting transactional or deal-based work
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear and professional communication skills when working with internal stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and confidence handling confidential information
  • A genuine interest in developing your career within an in-house, transaction-focused environment
  • Familiarity with telecoms or the Electronic Communications Code is a bonus
  • Experience with tools such as document management systems, DocuSign, SharePoint or PLC is an advantage

Why Join TIP?

Working at TIP means joining a fast-growing international business where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of legal and transaction activity. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and gain hands-on experience across the full transaction lifecycle, developing both your legal and commercial understanding in an in-house environment.

We offer:

  • £25,000–£28,000 base salary
  • Private medical insurance
  • Life assurance
  • Permanent health insurance
  • Opportunities for professional development and long-term career progression within an in-house legal team
  • A collaborative and supportive environment where you’ll work closely with experienced legal professionals
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing infrastructure business

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Shrewsbury office.
