Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to support projects across the United States. This role focuses on the concrete construction of substations, data centers, and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) facilities. Work requires precision, consistency, and experience in high-spec industrial environments. This is a travel-based position ideal for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and are comfortable working away from home on a structured rotation schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Travel year-round to job sites across the U.S.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, smoothing, leveling, and curing
• Execute work related to substation, data center, and BESS concrete foundations and structures
• Assist with site preparation, forming, and cleanup as needed
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality results
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently

Schedule & Travel

• 28-day rotation schedule
• Work 6 days on / 1 day off while on site
• After each 28-day rotation, receive 8 days off at home
• Company-provided lodging during travel periods

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in concrete finishing within industrial or commercial construction environments
• Experience on substations, data centers, or BESS projects strongly
• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong understanding of job site safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
