Traveling Electrical Foremen – LaGrange, GA

Finish Line Staffing is hiring experienced Electrical Foremen for a fast-paced data center and mission critical project in LaGrange, Georgia. The assignment is expected to last at least three months, with 60+ hours per week.

Pay and schedule

  • Day shift: $36/hour + $115 daily per diem
  • Night shift: $38/hour + $115 daily per diem

Responsibilities

  • Lead a crew of 8–10 electricians and lay out daily work.
  • Read plans and blueprint drawings on an iPad.
  • Complete job safety analyses (JSAs).
  • Coordinate work and order materials to keep the crew moving.

Requirements

  • Electrical foreman experience on at least 2–3 previous projects.
  • Ability to lead a crew in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Experience using an iPad to review plans and drawings.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish .
