Finish Line Staffing is actively seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for an exciting, long-term opportunity at a data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Job Location:

Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Position Details:

  • Project Duration: 14+ months

  • Schedule: 50+ hours/week

  • Start Date: Immediate openings available

  • Job Type: Full-time, long-term contract

  • Worksite: Data center (industrial/commercial environment)

Pay & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $45 – $48 (based on experience)

  • Per Diem: $125/day

  • Sign-On Bonus: $800 after first full week

  • Overtime: Available and encouraged

  • Stability: Long-term, consistent work on a major project

Requirements:

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician License: Must be eligible for Iowa license reciprocity

  • Experience: Strong background in commercial/industrial electrical work

  • Transportation: Reliable means to commute to job site

  • Drug Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug test
