Lead MEP scope from preconstruction through closeout on a large-scale data center project.

Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, scheduling, and quality assurance for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Collaborate closely with field leadership, design teams, and owners to deliver a highly technical, fast-track build.

Manage budgets, change orders, and reporting with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

5+ years of experience in a Project Manager title.

Base salary: Open, depending on experience

Project completion bonus: Projected at $100,000

Annual bonus: 20% of base salary

Housing stipend: $1,500-$2,500/month
