Owen Thomas Group are partnered with a leading General Contractor in their search for a Traveling Superintendent for Commercial & Industrial projects up to the value of $100M, including industrial warehouses and distribution centers in locations such as South Carolina, Texas, California, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan.

Responsibilities:

• As a Construction Superintendent you will be tasked with overseeing the construction project from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and inventory checks throughout the duration of the project
• You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes
• It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site
• Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the project
• Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved
• Foster good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project
• Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads.

About You:

• Associate’s degree in construction management or similar equivalent experience.
• Light Industrial, Data Center, Distribution/Warehouse, project experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office: Excel and ProCore.
