This role isn't about oversight-it's about ownership. You'll set the technical standard, develop engineering leaders, and drive delivery with clarity and confidence. What You'll Do

  • Set technical direction and lead a high-performing MEP team
  • Ensure design quality that's code-compliant, constructible, and future-ready
  • Mentor engineering leaders and cultivate a high-accountability culture
  • Partner with PMs and clients to deliver on time and with precision
  • Drive innovation across workflows, tools, and sustainable design practices

What You Bring

  • 15+ years in MEP engineering; 8+ in technical leadership
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Strong command of complex systems, design standards, and tools like Revit
  • A track record of growing teams and delivering at scale
  • Bonus: commissioning, sustainability, or digital ops experience
