Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite – DFW Area)

Compensation: Base salary + performance-based incentives

Overview

A growing IT infrastructure services organization is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Service Delivery to lead and scale its service operations across depot and field services. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for operational execution, team development, and full ownership of a regional P&L.

This position offers the opportunity to directly impact business performance, build scalable service models, and partner with executive leadership to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery Leadership

• Lead warehouse-based IT service operations including procurement, imaging, staging, repair, and asset disposition

• Oversee field service teams supporting installations, relocations, break/fix, and decommissioning

• Ensure successful execution of data center and desktop projects

• Maintain high standards for customer service and delivery

Operational & Financial Management

• Own and manage P&L for regional operations

• Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality

• Develop and enforce KPIs, SOPs, and service standards

• Collaborate with leadership across Sales, Finance, and HR

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing technical teams

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and hands-on leadership

• Foster a culture of accountability and customer-focused delivery

Customer & Sales Support

• Participate in client meetings and operational walkthroughs

• Support development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and SLAs

• Assist in designing scalable service delivery solutions

Qualifications

Required

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or field services leadership

• Proven experience managing technical teams in fast-paced environments

• Experience supporting infrastructure, desktop, or data center services

• Demonstrated experience with P&L or business unit ownership

• Experience with both depot/warehouse operations and field services

• Exposure to enterprise IT environments (network, infrastructure, data center)

• Background in service-based or project-driven organizations
