Position Overview:

TheVirtualization Delivery Architectat Arctiq serves as a senior technical leader within the Modern Infrastructure practice, responsible for delivering complex virtualization, hyperconverged, and hybrid cloud solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidatepossessesdeep technical experience acrossVMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), Nutanix, and Red Hat Virtualization or OpenShift Virtualization, combined with strong delivery leadership, mentorship capabilities, and a commitment to delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

Customer Delivery and Execution

• Serve as the technical lead on customer engagements, overseeing delivery of virtualization and HCI solutions acrossVMware, Nutanix, and Red Hatecosystems.

• Deploy, configure, and manageVCF environmentsincluding management and workload domains.

• Implement andoptimizevSphere,vSAN, NSX-T, HCX, and SRMsolutions to achieve customer outcomes.

• Perform capacity planning, health assessments, and risk analysis acrosscompute, storage, and network layers.

• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning virtualization, networking, and storage components.

• Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and operational handoffs for customer teams.

• Support disaster recovery designs, failover testing, and ongoing lifecycle management.

Operational Excellence and Process Improvement

• Ensure repeatabledeliveryexcellence through development of reusable frameworks, templates, and automation.

• Provide guidance tooptimizeutilization, efficiency, and profitability across delivery engagements.

• Mentor internal talent to strengthenArctiqsdelivery bench and cultivate future leaders.

Thought Leadership and Continuous Learning

• Stay current with industry trends across virtualization, cloud infrastructure, automation, and security.

• Share insights with customers on best practices, frameworks, and cost-optimization models.

• Participate in partner workshops, webinars, and industry events as a technical SME.

Qualifications:

• Experience:10+ years of hands-on experience architecting, implementing, and supporting data center virtualization or cloud infrastructure solutions.

• VMware Expertise:Proven technicalexpertisewithVMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSphere, NSX-T,vSAN, SRM, and HCX.

• HCI/Virtualization :Proven technicalexpertisewithNutanix AOS/AHV/PrismANDRed Hat Virtualization or OpenShift Virtualization.

• Integration Fundamentals:Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (L2/L3, routing, load balancing) and storage systems.

• Leadership:Experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical mentor/coach.

• Problem-Solving:Deep troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across virtualization, networking, and storage layers.

How will you stand out?

• Expert-Level Certification:VCDXcertification or recognition as aBroadcom Knight(formerly VMwarevExpertor similar high-level recognition).

• Cross-Practice Experience:Direct delivery experience in either enterprisestorageornetworking.

Desired Certifications:

• VMware certifications (VCP, VCIX, or VCAP).
• Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP/NCM)orRed Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
• Automation:Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (PowerCLI, Ansible, Terraform).
• Cloud Integration:Exposure tocloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid integrations with VMware or Nutanix.
• Data Protection:Understanding of backup, DR, and data protection technologies (e.g., Veeam, Rubrik).
