Job Description

A global technology company seeking an experienced legal leader to support the expansion of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects across the UK and EMEA.

This role will lead the legal aspects of data centre and infrastructure development, partnering closely with engineering, construction, procurement, finance, operations, and commercial teams. Responsibilities include advising on complex construction and development projects, leading commercial negotiations, managing EPC and supplier agreements, supporting site expansion initiatives, and mitigating legal and commercial risk across a growing regional portfolio

Key Requirement

• s:12-15+ years PQE with strong experience in construction, infrastructure, or major development projec
• tsSignificant expertise in non-contentious construction law and complex commercial contracti
• ngExperience supporting large-scale data centre, energy, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure projec
• tsStrong background in procurement, vendor management, and commercial negotiatio
• nsKnowledge of the full project lifecycle, including development, design, construction, and commissioni
• ngAbility to manage multiple projects, influence senior stakeholders, and work effectively across cross-functional tea
