This VP role offers the chance to lead and originate major digital infrastructure deals across EMEA, from pitching through to execution. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and clients, managing relationships and driving strategic growth in one of the most exciting sectors in finance.\n\n(Desired deal exposure to Data Centres, Towers, - NetCo & Greenfield)\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a leading global financial institution with a strong presence across EMEA, committed to supporting sustainable growth and innovation\n\nDescription\n\nAs Vice President in the Digital Infrastructure Finance team, you will:\n\nSupport the origination & execution of project finance transactions within the digital infrastructure sector\nTake ownership of client relationships and lead elements of the deal lifecycle-from pitching to closing.\nAnalyse complex financial models, rating methodologies, and legal documentation.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all financial transactions.\nProvide strategic advice on market trends and opportunities within digital infrastructure.\nMentor junior colleagues and contribute to team leadership on projects.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial solutions. \n\nProfile\n\nA successful VP Project Finance (Digital Infra) should have:\n\nProven expertise in project finance, particularly within digital infrastructure and financial services.
