Job Description
The Manager of Warehouse and Logistics oversees day-to-day operations of all regional warehouses. This role is the first point of escalation for regional warehouse managers. Travel is required periodically to open new locations and visit existing sites.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and support Regional Warehouse Managers across all regional warehouse locations; serve as first point of escalation for daily operations.
- Implement and enforce the warehouse playbook at every site: layout, racking, labeled bins/consumables, will call, receiving/staging, SOP’s, etc
- Lead new-site warehouse setup during the pre-go-live window: racking layout verified, bins labeled, consumables stocked, signage, scale, tool cage, systems
- Travel to regional locations to ensure operations meet standards.
- Run inventory programs at every site: weekly cycle counts, min/max management, general stock, physical inventory support.
- Maintain asset tracking discipline: tool cage check-in/out, asset tagging (e.g., Hilti ON!Track), equipment registers
- Hire, train, and develop site warehouse managers; ensure every site has a trained backup for coverage.
- Ensure RMAs are processed in conjunction with Purchasing and job-material returns are restocked or processed promptly.
- Coordinate with the facilities/expansion team during buildouts so racking, dock, and layout meet company standards before handover.
- Hold a weekly operations cadence with all sites; report KPIs (inventory accuracy, staging SLA, shrink, space utilization) and escalate exceptions to the Director.
- Work closely with Purchasing to ensure On Hand Inventory’s (OHI) are sufficient and ordered in time to avoid frequent stockout or over ordering
- Support HQ warehouse operations hands-on when not traveling.

Skills and Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of warehouse operations experience, including supervising others; multi-site or remote-team oversight
- Experience with inventory management/WMS systems, barcode scanning, and cycle counting
- Forklift certified or able to certify; reach truck experience a plus
- Industry experience (Construction, Audio-Visual, Structured Cabling, Electronic Security, Data Center)
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and mobile scanning/inventory apps
- Strong organization, follow-through, and written communication for coordinating remote teams
- Travel required quarterly, additional concentrated around site openings
