Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely shipments, and supplying materials to assembly and production teams to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders and packing lists
- Inspect deliveries for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Accurately label, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Prepare, pack, and process outgoing shipments according to company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or inventory management systems
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Transport raw materials, parts, and components to assembly or production areas as needed
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control
- Forklift certification or hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, packing slips, and inventory labels

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or light industrial environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Environment: Fast-paced warehouse supporting production and shipping operations
