About the Position:

The Mason Family is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support warehouse operations through accurate data entry and general warehouse tasks. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting shipping/receiving processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our Deer Park warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inventory transfers and adjustments in ConnectWise to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Execute picking and shipping tasks in ConnectWise to ensure timely and precise order fulfillment.
• Verify items and quantities against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Generate and review reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance.
• Support data analysis to assist in decision-making and operational improvements.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving, sorting, and organizing goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy.
• Previous warehouse experience .
• Proficiency with ConnectWise or similar inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
