CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct, optimize and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments;
• Liaise with customs brokers, shipping companies and couriers;
• Plan routes and process shipments;
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements;
• Ensure paperwork and documents are organized for smooth and timely deliveries;
• Support the accounting and finance department to ensure that they have the documentations they need;
• Partner and communicate with internal and external customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Theoretical knowledge equivalent to a College diploma or technical diploma in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, or transportation.
• 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations;
• Proficient in standard logistics and inventory software;
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
• Strong team player;
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
• Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles;
• Ability to lift 25Ibs or more.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sort orders daily (make sure they are identified);
• Pack and unpack pallets, including wrapping and unwrapping them;
• Deliver packages on the shipping dock;
• Unload containers;
• Scan packages and perform data entry in UPS/FedEx/Purolator/DHL machines;
• Transfer received stock to warehouse inventories;
• Keep a safe and clean work environment;
• Respond to our internal customers at the reception desk or by email.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience related to logistics field and/or High School Diploma;
• Must have a Forklift certification/license;
• Strong communication skills in both English and French (asset);
• Be able to lift 30-50 lbs;
• Must have basic knowledge of computers, CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook);
• Knowledge of electronic parts (asset);
• Knowledge of data center workings
• Ability to drive a 24 foot box truck
• NJDOT required
• Valid drivers license
