Technical Sales Manager – Water Treatment\n\n£50,000 – £55,000 basic + uncapped commission\nNational Role | Flexible Working | High Autonomy\n\nA leading Water Treatment equipment provider is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive new business across the UK. This is a high-autonomy role with huge earning potential, zero micromanagement and the chance to develop quickly within a growing division.\n\nThe Role\n\n * Sell a range of water treatment equipment: water softeners, RO units, filtration and dosing systems\n\n * Building your own pipeline and appointments\n\n * Complete on-site surveys and recommend bespoke solutions\n\n * Manage your own diary: 2 days office/WFH, 3 days field-based\n\n * Work with internal teams to price, propose and deliver solutions\n\n * Clients include commercial, industrial, data centres, food & beverage, chemical and FM markets\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the water industry\n\n * Strong technical knowledge of softeners, RO, filtration or dosing equipment\n\n * Proven sales background or a service/assistant engineer ready to step into sales\n\n * Highly proactive, confident and self-motivated\n\n * Able to carry out surveys and discuss technical solutions with clients\n\n * Ideally based around Oxfordshire / Midlands or close to major motorway links\n\n * Someone who enjoys autonomy and driving their own performance\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * £50,000 – £55,000 basic salary (OTE year 1: £80k)\n\n * Uncapped commission (earn from every sale)\n\n * Additional commission\n\n * Work/life balance – hybrid office/WFH and field travel\n\n * Small, supportive, close-knit team environment\n\n * No micromanagement- full control of your diary and sales activity\n\n * Excellent progression opportunities as the division continues to grow\n\n * Strong brand reputation and solid market presence\n\n * Company benefits package (holidays, pension, wellbeing support)\n\nApply Now\n\nIf you’re a driven water industry professional looking for a rewarding sales career with high earnings, autonomy and long-term growth, click apply or contact Eva @ Golden Fox Recruitment on (phone number removed)
