A leading global digital infrastructure company is looking for a warm, proactive Welcome Desk Host to be the friendly face of their flagship Liverpool Street-area office in the City.
\n\n
This is a highly visible front-of-house role where you’ll create a brilliant first impression, build genuine community, and make every day brighter for hundreds of employees and visitors.
\n\n
Day-to-day you’ll be
\n\n
Greeting everyone with energy and warmth, managing visitor check-ins and badging (Envoy system)
\n\n
Keeping the stunning reception area immaculate and welcoming
\n\n
Organising and running on-site events – weekly breakfasts, socials, all-hands and celebrations
\n\n
Coordinating catering, meeting rooms, deliveries, and office communications
\n\n
Creating fun, surprise-and-delight moments and building real workplace community
\n\n
Supporting new starters and being the go-to person for queries and wayfinding
\n\n
Working closely with the facilities and corporate real estate team
\n\n
What you bring
\n\n
Strong customer-facing or hospitality background (essential)
\n\n
Naturally positive, calm-under-pressure personality with a big smile
\n\n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n\n
Happy multi-tasking in a fast-paced, professional environment
\n\n
Comfortable with Outlook, Teams, visitor systems and basic social/media tools
\n\n

Monday–Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch) overtime flexibility expected.
