\n \n \n \n \n \n Stellenbeschreibung \n \n \n \n Unterstützung bei der Maskengenerierung für VCSEL-GaAs-Halbleiterfertigungsprozesse \n Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentation für Maskenlayouts sowie zugehörige Designregeln \n Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Masken-Jobfiles für Lithografieprozesse einschließlich EPI-, Mesa- und Grating-Strukturen \n Durchführung von Design Rule Checks (DRC) sowie Schicht- und Layoutverifikationen von Maskendaten \n Dokumentation von Prozessabläufen und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Masken-Versionskontrolle \n Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung von Layout- und Produktionsdaten \n Erstellung von Visualisierungen, Auswertungen und te
