As a Workplace Events , you will assist with...

Inventory Management & Organization
- Audit, catalog, clean up, organize and propose improved organization systems for existing storage space
- Transport and relocate event furniture to storage
- Assist with vintage inventory assessment and box counts
- Update and maintain inventory records in Airtable (data entry, corrections, and photo documentation)

Recruiting Events Support
- Review and reconcile inventory for upcoming conferences
- Support with pre-event logistics, swag and communications

Workplace Events Support
- Vintage Swag Day Event Coordination: Relocate and confirm vintage swag inventory; Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets for vintage swag items
- TYKTWD (Take Your Kid to Work Day) Reconciliation: Categorize and organize TYKTWD event inventory with photo documentation; Sort and separate event materials (lanyards, name tags, etc.)
- World Cup Semi Final Social Hour Event Coordination: Onsite support for massive 150+ in person social event for the World Cup Semi Finals

Space Documentation
- Build and label sign holders for office spaces
- Measure and document room dimensions (History Wall and other spaces)
- Photograph digital surfaces and log details in Airtable
