Sigma Defense is seeking a SME - Operational Information Environment (OIE) to provide the required support to the Capability Development and Innovation (CD&I) division within the Secretariat for Special Operations under the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (OASW(SO/LIC)).

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher.
- Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
- Support the development and implement comprehensive Information Dominance strategies to influence the physical, cognitive, and informational dimensions of the Information Environment.
- Provide expertise in designing and integrating advanced information-related capabilities to proactively shape, safeguard, and manipulate key aspects of the information domain.
- Through innovative methods and state-of-the-art technologies, ensure that these capabilities effectively influence adversarial operations, strengthening overall situational awareness and mission success.
- Provide support to understand, develop, integrate, and mitigate impacts of emerging and disruptive technologies on the digital infrastructure underpinning the global network of US and partner information systems.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 annually.
