Business Development Account Manager – Midstream & Power

As demand grows across data centers, oil & gas, natural gas power , and large-scale water treatment, we are expanding our team with a talented Business Development Account Manager who knows the midstream market and has the relationships to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do
- Drive New Business: Secure MSAs and projects across oil & gas midstream, natural gas power , and large-scale water treatment.
- Expand Market Presence: Identify and pursue opportunities where midstream, power, and water intersect with data center infrastructure.
- Leverage Your Network: Use established industry connections and credibility to open doors quickly.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, targets, and revenue goals.
- Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a robust pipeline from opportunity identification through contract execution.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with operators, EPCs, and key stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to position MBA as the partner of choice.
What You Bring
- Proven Track Record: 5–10+ years of sales or business development success in oil & gas midstream, power , or large-scale water treatment.
- Industry Credibility: A reputation for knowing “who to call and how to talk the talk.”
- MSA Experience: Demonstrated ability to win and expand Master Service Agreements.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to see beyond single projects to build sustainable revenue streams.
- Tech-Savvy: CRM experience (Salesforce ) with strong reporting and organizational skills.
- Results-Driven: High energy, urgency, and commitment to delivering measurable growth.
- Collaborative Leadership: Skilled at working with cross-functional teams to align business development with execution.
