This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Account Manager to join a growing North American team and help expand adoption of advanced database, big data, cloud, and analytics solutions across the U.S. market.

What You’ll Be Selling:
\n
You will represent a modern cloud data platform focused on real-time analytics, data warehousing, and enterprise-scale data infrastructure. Target customers may include organizations with needs across cloud computing, cybersecurity, data centers, business intelligence, analytics, and other data-intensive environments.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business, expand customer relationships, and support annual revenue goals.
- Promote adoption of database, big data, cloud data platform, and real-time analytics solutions across enterprise and SMB customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and regional technology ecosystems.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through direct outreach, partner networks, customer referrals, and local market development.
- Support customer onboarding, product education, training, and partner enablement initiatives to improve adoption and long-term customer success.
- Collaborate closely with product, technical support, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer solutions and overall go-to-market execution.
- Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, presentations, product discussions, demos, and industry conversations.
- Contribute to overall team revenue goals through knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive sales mindset.

Qualifications:
\n

- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of sales experience in database technology, big data platforms, business intelligence, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or a related technical software field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders throughout the sales process, including data, analytics, infrastructure, engineering, and executive-level buyers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong interest in business development, customer growth, and market expansion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable helping grow a newer presence in the North American market.

Qualifications:
\n

- Experience selling or supporting products in the database, data warehouse, cloud, analytics, BI, open-source technology, or infrastructure software ecosystem.
- Background with cloud data, database, analytics, or infrastructure technologies such as Snowflake, MongoDB, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Redis, Elastic, Confluent, Cloudera, Starburst, ClickHouse, SingleStore, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated sales performance, including revenue growth, customer expansion, new account development, or partner/channel growth.
- Existing customer or partner relationships within the U.S. database, big data, cloud, analytics, or enterprise software market.
- Experience selling to technical buyers such as data engineering, analytics, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, IT, or CTO/CIO-level stakeholders.
- Chinese ability is a plus, but not required.
