Outploy is growing, and we are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and career-driven individuals to join our expanding team and amazing company family!
We are seeking hardworking and independent Administrative Assistants who are eager to grow professionally and contribute across multiple departments within our organization.
Important Note
This is NOT a front desk or receptionist position. Administrative Assistants at Outploy work directly with department leaders on projects, operations, and organizational initiatives.
No experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities
- Execute and organize projects across departments
- Conduct research and gather information for projects
- Coordinate with department heads and team members
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
- Assist with event planning and office coordination
- Support HR-related projects and administrative tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office ordering and inventory
- Assist with general operational and administrative duties as needed
