Air Conditioning Engineer

Position: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer
Salary: £44,000 – £48,000 per year
Location: London and surrounding areas

Role Overview

Marble Talent Group are seeking an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, providing service, maintenance, and fault-finding across a range of commercial sites. The role covers various HVAC systems, including refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, chillers, splits, VRF/VRV systems, close control units, and Versatemps, along with associated central plant and controls.

Key Responsibilities

* Service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment in commercial environments such as offices, data centres, laboratories, retail spaces, and schools.

* Electrical and mechanical fault-finding.

* Interpretation of electrical circuit diagrams.

* Preparation of clear and concise technical reports.

* Adherence to company safety and quality standards.

* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.

Requirements

* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.

* Competent in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams.

* Computer literate.

* Full UK driving licence (essential).

* DBS check (required – can be arranged on start date).

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-focused approach.
