Architectural Technician / Technologist\n\nUp to £45,000\n\nLocation: Birmingham\n\nAztrum is delighted to be working closely with a leading architectural firm based in Birmingham, renowned for innovative and sustainable design solutions. My clients are committed to creating spaces that inspire and enhance the lives of those who use them.\n\nWith an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients’ portfolio specialises in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors, working with major clients, and they are ideally looking for someone to join their Data Centre team, with a strong desire to one day grow into a Data Centre Project Lead role. \n\nKey Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician / Technologist role:\n\nProduce detailed technical drawings and construction information across multiple project stages.\n\nDevelop and coordinate technical design packages using Revit.\n\nEnsure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.\n\nCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to support successful project delivery.\n\nAttend site visits and assist with inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical queries.\n\nSupport the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.\n\nQualifications required for this Architectural Technician / Technologist role:\n\nHNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology.\n\nCIAT accreditation or working towards (desirable).\n\nMinimum of 5–7 years’ experience within an architectural practice.\n\nStrong proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.\n\nGood technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.\n\nIf interested in this exciting opportunity, then please don’t hesitate to send your CV to , to avoid missing out
