What You'll Do

- Assist in managing commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.

What We're Looking For

- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role with a commercial general contractor.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management (highly )
- Background in commercial, industrial, or data center construction is .
- Exposure to MEP systems with a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical coordination is a strong plus.
- Experience with concrete, structural steel, tilt-wall, or PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings) is beneficial.
