Associate Mechanical Engineer – Data Centres

Location: Offices based throughout the UK available for Hybrid or Fully Remote
Salary: £90,000–£115,000 + bonus + benefits

We’re working with a growing consultancy delivering major mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe, and they’re looking for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to support continued growth within the sector.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead mechanical design delivery across large-scale Data Centre projects while acting as a senior point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Alongside project delivery, you’ll support resource planning, mentor engineers across multiple levels, contribute to business growth, and help maintain high technical standards across projects.

Key requirements
Extensive experience within mechanical building services design
Strong Data Centre or mission-critical project background
Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and engineering teams
Comfortable managing client relationships and project delivery
Strong understanding of UK and international design standards
Experience using relevant design software including Revit and IES
Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Chartered Engineer status preferredWhat’s on offer
Salary between £90,000–£115,000 depending on experience
