Position Overview

Integrtz seeks an experienced Senior Atlassian Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable solutions across the Atlassian ecosystem. In this role, you will empower development and operations teams to work more efficiently and transparently by aligning tools, processes, and workflows with Agile, DevOps, and ITSM best practices. You will take ownership of complex solution architectures while collaborating closely with distributed teams in a highly collaborative, multicultural environment. This role emphasizes technical leadership, solution design, and process optimization rather than day-to-day administration alone.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management configurations tailored to client business processes
• Define and optimize workflows, permission schemes, automation strategies, and notification rules for enterprise deployments
• Lead technical integrations with development platforms, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and ITSM systems
• Advise cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and service management process optimization
• Support platform scalability initiatives, data migrations, and performance improvements
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural decisions
• Document configurations, standards, architectural decisions, and operational runbooks for team knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and administering enterprise Atlassian solutions
• Strong expertise in Jira Software configuration, administration, and workflow design
• Demonstrated proficiency with Confluence administration, permission management, and content strategy
• Proven experience supporting Agile teams, DevOps organizations, or ITSM service delivery models
• Ability to analyze business processes and design Atlassian solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center deployment models
• Jira Service Management (JSM) expertise and experience managing IT service delivery
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, or API development for Atlassian ecosystem integration
• Experience deploying and managing Atlassian Marketplace apps (Power Scripts, Automation for Jira, Zephyr, etc.)
• Demonstrated success working with distributed, global, or multicultural teams
• Current Atlassian certifications (see list below)

• ACP-120: Jira Administration for Cloud
• ACP-620: Managing Jira Projects for Cloud
• ACP-520: Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin
• ACP-420: Managing Jira Service Projects for Cloud
