As a Senior Atlassian Solution ArchitectatIntegrtz, you willdesign and implement scalable solutions across the Atlassian ecosystem, enabling teams to work more efficiently and transparently. You willworkwith U.S.-based teams and clients to align tools, processes, and workflows withAgile, DevOps, and ITSM practices.

You will be expected to take ownership of solution design and work autonomously while collaborating closely with distributed teams,contributingyour experience and judgment in a highly collaborative, multicultural environment.

This role emphasizes solution design, process optimization, and technical leadership rather than day-to-day administration alone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement advanced Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management configurations

• Define workflows, permission schemes, and automation strategies

• Lead integrations with development, CI/CD, and ITSM tools

• Advise teams on best practices for agile and service management processes

• Support platform scalability,migration, and performance improvements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate process needs

• Document configurations, standards, and architectural decisions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and administering Atlassian solutions

• Strongexpertisein Jira Software and Confluence (Jira Service Management is a plus)

• Experience supporting Agile, DevOps, or ITSM teams

• Ability to design solutions aligned with business processes

• Strong communicationand consulting skills

• Advanced Englishproficiency(spoken and written)

SKILLS

• Experience with Atlassian Cloud or Data Center environments

• Familiarity with scripting, automation, or marketplace apps

• Experience working with distributed or global teams

• Atlassian certifications are a plus

• ACP-120: Jira Administration for Cloud

• ACP-620: Managing Jira Projects for Cloud

• ACP-520: Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin

• ACP-420: Managing Jira Service Projects for Cloud
