Compensation & Schedule

???? Pay Rate: $56/hr (Local) | $52/hr (Non-Local)
???? Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week)
???? Completion Bonus: $150/month
???? Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | 50 Hours Per Week
???? Additional Schedule Details: Day shift supporting active interior construction operations on a mission-critical project. Overtime opportunities may be available based on project demands.

The Bilingual Construction Safety Manager will serve as a key field leader, maintaining a strong presence throughout active work areas while supporting English and Spanish-speaking craft personnel, subcontractors, supervision, and project leadership. This role will focus on identifying hazards, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the safe execution of interior systems installation and construction activities.

Required Qualifications

✔ Bilingual Spanish/English Required
✔ OSHA 30 Construction Certification
✔ Minimum 2+ Years of Construction Safety Experience
✔ Strong ability to communicate safety expectations with English- and Spanish-speaking craft personnel

Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide daily field safety oversight for interior construction and OSIP installation activities
  • Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
  • Serve as a bilingual safety resource for English and Spanish-speaking personnel
  • Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
  • Monitor cabinet installation, raised flooring work, door installation, material handling operations, and elevated work activities
  • Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
  • Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
  • Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
  • Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
  • Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
  • Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
  • Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
