BIM Coordinator

Central, London

Full-time | 4 days office / 1 WFH after probation

We are seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator to support and enhance BIM delivery across multiple projects and teams. The practice is a design-led, employee-owned architecture studio delivering residential, commercial, data centre projects across the UK and internationally. Strong focus on technical quality and growing digital/BIM capability.

The Role

A key BIM position supporting delivery across multiple live projects. You will coordinate models, implement and maintain BIM standards, manage clash detection and federation, support COBie/Uniclass data, and provide training and technical guidance to project teams.

Requirements

• Proven BIM / Revit coordination experience in practice
• Strong understanding of UK BIM standards and workflows
• Experience supporting or training project teams
• Knowledge of COBie / Uniclass / information management
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative, proactive and detail-focused mindset
• Multi-sector experience. Data Centre experience highly regarded to due growing pipeline
