Position Overview:

The BIM Coordinator - MEP Systems will report to NTG’s Design & VDC Lead and collaborate closely with:

• Electrical and mechanical project teams
• Engineering partners
• Field installation teams
• General contractors
• Client stakeholders

This role supports full-project BIM coordination, digital execution, and constructability modeling from design through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Coordination - MEP Systems

• Support digital delivery of large-scale industrial and data center projects
• Coordinate multi-trade BIM workflows in Revit
• Manage model setup, linking, and standards enforcement
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and/or Revizto
• Post and manage deliverables through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Support electrical and mechanical constructability modeling
• Update models based on coordination decisions and field conditions
• Assist with underground coordination, conduit routing, and equipment layout modeling
• Utilize point cloud scan data to develop accurate as-built models
• Support digital closeout, asset data integration, and final model turnover

Collaboration & leadership

• Act as liaison between NTG, project managers, field teams, and stakeholders
• Participate in and help facilitate coordination meetings
• Provide technical support to internal team members
• Help maintain NTG modeling standards and BIM execution procedures
• Contribute to workflow improvements and process optimization
• Support implementation of new digital tools and coordination strategies

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination, VDC, or digital delivery
• Proficiency in:
• • Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • Navisworks
  • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Revizto ()
• Experience with point clouds and as-built modeling a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Field awareness and constructability mindset highly

Compensation:

• Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
