Job Description
Salter Grange is currently working with a leading first- firm specializing in high-stakes Critical Environments throughout Europe and the UK. They are the invisible engine behind the world’s most advanced Data Centres and Life Science facilities.
We need a BIM Coordinator who is tired of just "drawing" and hungry to innovate. This is a chance to join a high-performance team where your digital expertise directly influences how massive, high-profile projects are built.
Working directly with the BIM Manager, you will be a key player in the operations department, collaborating with Commercial Teams, Design Teams, and Project Directors to bring complex builds to life in the digital space.
BIM Coordinator role:
- Produce detailed 3D BIM models and setup Revit families/templates tailored to specific project needs.
- Use Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes in federated models before they ever hit the site.
- Administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure all Revit models pass rigorous conformity checks.
- Support tender returns through logistics modelling and planning drawings.
- Monitor BIM Execution Plans and liaise with subcontractors and design teams to ensure everyone is aligned.
BIM Coordinator Requirements:
- A Degree in BIM (Level 7/8) or a related Engineering/Architecture discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is essential.
- 1–2 years in a related field (Main contractor experience in build/fit-out is a major advantage).
- You have a genuine passion for digitalizing construction practices and a desire to push the boundaries of BIM protocols.
- You are a patient, flexible team player who stays cool under pressure and has excellent communication skills.
If you have the technical skills and the drive to influence a growing business, we want to hear from you.
