With our client's ongoing commitment to the delivery of operational brilliance, they are on the hunt for an experienced BIM Manager to continue this mission.\n\nOur client, a leading Built Environment consultancy, are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to bring their skills and expertise to a permanent role. This role offers the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis from our client's London office whilst contributing to a variety of Data centre projects.\n\nJoin now to support the design and delivery of high-quality projects within an inspiring and supportive environment.\n\n-Competitive salary of £50,000 to £80,000 (depending on experience).\n\n-Company pension scheme, on-site working arrangement, generous annual leave, bonus scheme, and ongoing career development opportunities.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n-Oversee all ongoing BIM/Revit works, across a range of disciplines, allowing for quality assurance, model and template creation and verification, and auditing to take place.\n\n-Create and develop accurate digital works, including in-depth MEP designs, 3D models, animated flythroughs, and extensive presentation resources.\n\n-Manage Revit, BIM, and CAD standards, maintaining AEC and BIMstore compliance.\n\n-Collaborate with multidisciplinary project professionals, clients, and external partners, conducting regular review meetings, ensuring alignment with client requirements.\n\n-Promote professional development across all teams, within the business, by the provision of ongoing support and mentorship.\n\n-Remain up to date on industry advancements and implement them across the business, and within project developments, ensuring efficient delivery and operations.\n\nRequirements:\n\n-Extensive experience as a BIM Manager, or a similar role, with qualifications and training in Revit MEP, Navisworks, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other BIM platforms.\n\n-Significant demonstrable experience with complex project delivery, execution plan production, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.\n\n-Strong understanding of installation processes, MEP systems, and spatial planning.\n\n-Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with strong presentation capabilities, attention to detail, and an ability to work well under pressures
