Job ID: 27655\n\nRole: BIM Manager\n\nLocation: London\n\nType: Permanent\n\nSalary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nA leading building services contractor is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their London team to take a key role in driving BIM standards, digital delivery, and coordination across complex data centre projects.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will lead the BIM strategy across a range of data centre, commercial and education projects, working closely with design, commercial, and site teams to ensure efficient, and high-quality digital delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage BIM processes across a variety of projects\nDevelop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and best practice\nCoordinate BIM delivery across internal teams and external consultants\nEnsure model quality, compliance, and effective information management\nSupport project teams with BIM-related technical guidance\nContribute to continuous improvement of digital and BIM capabilities \n\nKey Requirements\n\nProven experience in a BIM Manager or Senior Coordinator role within building services\nStrong understanding of BIM standards and digital construction processes\nExperience working on complex MEP projects, ideally data centres.\nConfident communicator with the ability to engage across all project stages\nProactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement \n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nSalary of £65,000 - £75,000\nGenerous bonus scheme\nAll site/office travel paid for\nPermanent position with long-term career progression\nHigh-profile building services projects\nCentral role within a growing digital and design function
