Job Title: BIM Technician

Location: Slough

Job Type: Contract 3-6 months (with possible extension)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced BMI Engineer / Data Centre Project Engineer to join a fast-paced project on a contract/freelance basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile data centre project within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver BMI engineering works across all project phases
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Review and manage technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Support installation, commissioning, and handover processes
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with UK standards, health & safety regulations, and client requirements
• Provide technical input during meetings and progress reviews

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BMI engineering within data centre or mission-critical environments
• Strong project delivery background
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a live project environment
• Relevant engineering qualifications/certifications
• Right to work in the UK
