We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Controls Engineer to work with one of our established clients who specialise in the manufacture and installation of electrical and HVAC systems within data centres across London and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to join a growing workload of projects within the data centre sector. The role is offered on a self-employed basis, however for the right candidate this could lead to ongoing long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) controls
Working on electrical and HVAC control systems within data centre environments
Fault finding, testing, and system optimisation
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and control schematics
Ensuring work is completed to industry and site standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a BMS Controls Engineer
Relevant electrical / controls qualifications
Experience working with HVAC systems and BMS within commercial or data centre environments
Ability to work independently and manage tasks on site
Strong fault-finding and commissioning skills
